Kotobukiya Batwoman Bishoujo Statue

Hi guys! I've finished shooting Kotobukiya's Batwoman Bishoujo Statue! Isn't she beautiful? While the lack of props and lights to do her justice in this review, I thought of doing it anyways as the scarlet hair naturally gives off a more original look. You may notice that this shoot is a bit biased yes, but that is because I love her short hair without the mask rather than the long hair with her mask. Enjoy!

She comes with the lower half of the body, upper half of the body, her scarlet long hair with the mask and short hair without the mask + the base and as you can see from the next photo below, 2 screws to secure her on her base.

Driftwood Sculpture Display 2015 by James Doran Webb

Last March 15, James Doran-Webb driftwood sculptor, invited me to his show on completing yet another magnificent display of driftwood sculptures. The main highlight of the show was the 4-ton Dragon on top of a bell-shaped house. Sir james was my boss who helped me mold my skills on the few arsenals I use today.

Gotta hand it over to Sir James for a job well done as doing a sculpture of a Dragon is pretty challenging. In my opinion, it is very hard to study its anatomy considering that dragons do not exist. Even as to studying its way of life is already a big challenge. But, Sir James made it possible!

Dragon Ball Z 2015 Movie: Revival of F Screenshots

Leaked screenshots from the new movie of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F spread throughout the internet! And wow! Even Master Roshi joins the lineup. I guess Krillin waxed his hair again.

Bandai actually held a broadcast in which they released the above screenshots. Along with that they released videos from their game Dragon Ball Heroes, which is an arcade game in Japan that makes use of cards. The first video is a crossover (or probably tie-in is a better word) that brings the new concepts from the 2015 movie into the game in animated cutscene form!

Greattoysonline.com - Failure of a service

After much anticipation, GreatToysOnline.com bombarded me with one disappointment after another. Untrained and unprofessional people behind this toy store seem to lack the ability to meet their customers 'figure-satisfaction'. Even after pre-ordering Tsume Zoro, these guys clearly do not know the item which I pre-ordered.

Upon pre-ordering last March 2014, they set the price at 18,800.00. I then rushed to deposit the amount of P4,700 as a requirement for the pre-order. From March unto December last year, they kept giving "valid" excuses for the delay of the item, which I gladly understood.

I finally heard from GTO last January 31, 2015. All they could say was sorry because they only placed 2 orders from Tsume-Art and I was 3rd on the list. Friends from my figure community also helped me with my problem. It appears that GTO catered 10 people who ordered the same item, Tsume Zoro. The sad thing is that they don't even seem to care to the other 8 customers who also waited very long.

Inconsistent replies came along through the Facebook window between me and Greattoys and even after calling them, they can't even speak to me seriously. They kept passing around the phone trying to avoid a conversation. Well, aren't you bastards?!

I decided to get my refund back, they promised details for when the refund will be processed, but all they did was stall. I gave my Unionbank account, they asked for BDO. Furious as I was, they were forced to send it through Gcash. Effin' priceless service! One thing's for sure, I'm never ordering again from this toy store!
